About Housing Authority of the County of Salt Lake (HACSL)

Since 1970, Housing Authority of the County of Salt Lake (HACSL) have been serving the Salt Lake County community by providing and developing quality affordable housing opportunities for individuals and families while promoting self-sufficiency, empowerment and neighborhood revitalization. Last year we served over 3,000 households comprised of approximately 8,000 individuals.
